The organizers of popular yearly Nigerian youth awards which is the self-acclaimed most
consistent in its cadre in the country- All Youths Tush Awards (AYTA) - TDA Multimedia has
announced the appointment of new directors into its management board and also Customer
Passion Point Ltd as the Brand Asset and Marketing firm incharge of its Brand repositioning,
alignment and marketing for the 7th succesive edition of its programe which has been scheduled
for Saturday, November 28, 2015.
Customer Passion Point Ltd is into Marketing Consulting, Training & Development,
VAS/Brand Assets & Social Marketing with operations formally based in Nigeria and Tanzania. It is
headed by Mr Ikechukwu Kalu, a veteran in the banking and corporate communications world as
he was the immediate Group Vice Chairman and Head, Corporate Communications Department of
FCMB Plc in Nigeria. He brings his wealth of experience towards the All Youths Tush Awards
Project especially as the awards movement explores the money management and investment in
youths for this year’s edition.
Olarinde Olutoyin, a 400 level Student of the University of Lagos has been appointed as the
Director of Marketing and Sponsorships. She amongst other things won the Ms Pulse.Ng beauty
contest in May 2014 and will contribute being incharge of the department for the 2015 edition of
the awards. She also was a nominee for AYTA in some previous editions.
Tofarati Ige, a singer, rapper, poet, writer, journalist, editor, pr and brand expert and a
graduate of Mass Communications from the Olabisi Onabanjo University joins the project as the
Director of Media Communications and Public Relations. He has amongst others two highly
successful published books, Town Crier and Oriki (Praise Poetry) and is also the editor of the
popular softsell, E24-7 Magazine.
Emmanuel Nwaobasi joins the project as the Content Director being incharge of creating
value-added content to the project over a period of time. He was incharge of graphics designing for
the last edition of the awards that was held at the Golden Gate, Ikoyi. He is a graduate of Tourism
and Events Management from the Afe Babalola University specialising in Content and
Entrepreneurship Disciplines.
According to the Creative Director of the AYTA who doubles as the Project Manager, Prince
Dayo Oyeniran, the new directors are expected to bring their wealth of experience to bear in the
running of the awards affairs and also reposition it as the foremost youth event in the country
creating a better value from the previous editions.
In his words, "Our new directors are highly experienced and it’s our belief that they will work
assiduously with other members of the team to position the All Youths Tush Awards as a brand
which everyone will be proud to associate with irrespective of their social status".
They join a team of three young individuals, Mr Peter Oiku (Director, Logistics and
Development), Mr Afolabi Ajayi (Director, Planning and Strategy) and Mr Oyeniran Oyedayo
(Creative Director/Lead Consultant).
He also added that plans are already in top gear to make sure that this year's edition of the
awards is grand, value-added and memorable with the series of pre awards activities to be made
public in a press conference to hold sometimes in June.
He seized the opportunity to call for sponsorship from government agencies, corporate
organizations and philanthropic individuals towards making the event a success as we seek to, for
the 7th succesive edition, encourage, acknowledge and reward the valuable contribution
individuals up to the age of 32 are making throughout Nigeria.
The already lined-up Guest Speakers for this year’s edition which will hold Saturday November
28, 2015 with the theme “Invest Wisely, Invest Early” includes Mr. Oluwaseyitan Lawrence
Aletile (Popular Comedian known as Seyilaw), Hon Dapo Lam-Adesina (former Oyo State
Commisioner for Youths & Sports and a newly elected Federal House of Representatives member),
Mr Ikechukwu Kalu (Former Vice Chairman & Group Head, Corporate Communications, FCMB Plc) amongst others.
